31 Things To Do For You In October

Not only does October bring cooler weather, changing leaves, and a sense of transition, but it’s also my birthday month!

This year, as I prepare for a banner birthday year, I’m thinking a lot about how to refresh my routines and focus on nourishment and self-care.

This month, why not join me and take advantage of all the possibilities October offers?

Get outside and enjoy the crisp autumn air, cozy up inside with delicious eats, and tap into your creativity and personal development. 

To celebrate this month of renewal (and my new year!), here are 31 simple ideas to try that will revitalize your mind, body, and spirit:
