Tillamook Pop Up Farmer’s Market in San Francisco

Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Whenever folks hear the name Tillamook, the responses are usually the same. “Oh my gosh, I LOVE their cheese!”, “Tillamook is my favorite!”, “It’s the only cheese that I buy!” When I told people that I was invited to the launch party for Tillamook’s Farmer’s Market in San Francisco, I actually heard every single one of those statements! It’s for good reason that people love Tillamook. They’re in the top of their class in 5 dairy categories, and they work hard to make sure people don’t just eat the cheese, but that they also enjoy the cheese.

That’s why they’re on the road, popping up in different cities to meet their customers, and sharing their delicious cheese, ice cream, butter, yogurt, and sour cream along the way. This weekend, they have their work cut out for them as they park their Baby Loaf in Inner Sunset, San Francisco. Bay Area folks…we know our food. But Tillamook is definitely up for the challenge, pairing their products with local fare to show us how to step our cheese game up.
