More Fun With The 49ers

Thanks to Verizon for the invitation to the game and for sponsoring this post!

I’ve always been envious of those folks who are able to embody the “work hard / play hard” mantra. Terrence is actually pretty good at it. Ayva is, too. Me? I’m either working way too much and not playing enough or vice versa. My family is tired of it, though, so they’re helping me to find more balance and have more fun. This weekend, ever the helpful husband, Terrence sacrificed his Sunday to head to Santa Clara with me to watch the San Francisco 49ers play the St. Louis Rams and to support my goal of fitting more recreation time into my life.

Going to the Levi’s Stadium is definitely a great way to spend a Sunday. The stadium is beautiful, and there’s plenty for everyone in the family to do, even if you aren’t a huge football fan. We were invited by Verizon to check out the experiences that they feature throughout Levi’s Stadium to engage and entertain Niners fans. Terrence and I were able to join the 49ers team as a new player (see the cool video below!), get a virtual autograph from Eric Reid, and learn more about the NFL Mobile app which is free all season long for Verizon customers on the More Everything plan. Between all of that, plus the Verizon charging stations placed all around the stadium, Verizon and the Levi’s Stadium are perfect partners. Besides, Verizon’s colors are the same as the 49ers, so the partnership positively makes sense.

Speaking of More Everything, our seats at the game? They were truly more everything! We were practically on the field! And? We saw Madison Bumgarner chilling on the sidelines before the game started! The 49ers played hard (although they lost in the last few minutes of the game), Terrence and I played hard, and it was a good day.

The 49ers are totally my fave team, especially with Colin Kaepernick leading them with his adorable self! It looked like you all had a blast and had the best seats in the HOUSE!!!

As an EAGLES fan, I will begrudgingly say that your team looks good. Seriously, this is such an awesome trip and I’m a little jelly! Glad you had a way to balance work and fun.

Even though I’m not a football fan, I could see how that would be a really fun way to spend a Sunday with your family. Great pictures, Brandi!

How cool! It’s on my bucket list to watch a football game! I’ve been thinking about surprising Danny with tickets to a game in Dallas. That would be awesome! What a great Sunday and a great family to make you have some fun!
