MLK Day will be here before we know it, and if you’re planning lessons to teach your children or students about the civil right leader, you are not alone! Learning about Dr. King, for many children, is the foundation for their education about the Civil Rights Movement and Black History in America. It’s also a way for the adults in the room to become inspired to dig deeper into diversity.

Now, I know Find-A-Word sheets aren’t necessarily the most engaging activities, but I like that it’s a good way to introduce children to important vocabulary in a way that’s low-key and not stressful at all. Just click the printable to download!
