I’ve never participated in a formal workout program. Never really did any real diets. I’ve always been more interested in being healthy. My biggest challenge is sweets, and so I’ve come up with a really cool way to stick with a lower sweet diet. For me to stay committed I have to STOP buying the stuff that jeopardize my healthy eating…so instead of junk food I buy more fruit especially fruit that I don’t have to peel!
That’s right! When the junk is in the house, it’s hard NOT to eat it!
Terrence has some Mio here, but I haven't tried it. I'll see if I like it. Sometimes a cup of tea with a little sugar is enough to ward off the sugar cravings!
